Ashwood Court is an apartment community for Independent Seniors, 62 and older. Our rental rates are controlled by the state of Washington and for those seniors who cannot afford market rate apartment rentals and might not qualify for housing assistance through other government agencies. We are considered "Affordable" apartments and the income restrictions AND the rental amounts are controlled by Washington State Housing & Finance Commission (www.wshfc.org).
