Spring Hill Villa offers 200 one bedroom suites on Cleveland’s west side. The units are fully carpeted and include all appliances as well as heat, electric and water. For your convenience, we have two elevators, two laundry facilities, a community room with vending machines, morning coffee served Monday through Friday and a library/TV lounge. We also have 24-hour emergency maintenance service and a Social Service Coordinator to assist residents with a multitude of needs. The property also offers a mobile library, mobile post office, and RTA shuttle service.
