Since opening in November 2020, after completing full renovations down to the studs, Heartland Apartments has been welcoming families and providing housing with peace of mind for tenants that their needs will be taken care of. Units are complete with no carpet, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, generous bedrooms, and high-speed internet is even included at no additional cost! The main level is all designed barrier free with roll in showers for those with mobility issues. Tenants love the proximity to the Heartland Trail for walking and cycling. Discount pool and gym memberships are also available. Please note, Heartland Apartments is not an income-based apartment complex and does not work with section 8 housing vouchers.
