The Meadowlark Townhomes (formerly known as Eden's Garden) Community is proud to serve DeKalb residents by providing spacious two, three, and four-bedroom affordable tax credit townhomes. All of the townhome units include amenities such as modern appliances, washer and dryer hookups, two-car garages, lawn and garden space, and more. We have a community park, sitting garden, 24-hour maintenance service, and are centrally located near the Northern Illinois University (NIU) campus and on the NIU public bus route service. Eden's Garden is an affordable apartment community and has income restriction guidelines.
