Ideal Rentals is a locally operated, family owned property company serving Peoria, IL. We have been a part of the Bradley community for over 35 years. Our student houses and apartments offer safe, student only living, with on-site laundry facilities, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and most of our apartments offer free WIFI. Every student property at Ideal Rentals is maintained by our professional maintenance staff. We also have an an Emergency 24 hour maintenance hotline for weekend and night service.
