We are an active 62+ Community! U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation has committed to invest in the aggregate more than $14,192,000 of Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity to support Brownsville Manor. LIHTCs, which were allocated by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and are being capitalized by USB, subsidize the cost of the development, allowing the housing units at the development to be rented at below-market, affordable rates.
