The apartments are affixed to our historic home, which has its own page in “The Wyman Historic District” of the Historic Denver Guide Series. The garden is private, but you’ll walk through it to reach the Common Southside Entrance. When in season, it’s buzzing and chirping. Our location in Historic Capitol Hill is within blocks of City Park, the Botanic Gardens, Cheeseman Park and public transportation. We have a Walk Score of 83, and a bike score 97.
